At Scooter Station, a division of Engadine Cycles, we endeavour to have the latest products at the cheapest prices. All parts and accessories are available online.

Shipping Costs

All of our products are sent through Australia Post. If you'd like to find out the cost of shipping for any item, add it to your cart & continue through to the checkout. Before you have to enter any payment information our online store will give you an exact for postage, at which point you can choose to continue through the checkout or delete the item & continue shopping.  If no one is home when delivery is made the parcel is taken to your nearest Post Office for pick up. Identification is then required. If not picked up within 2 weeks the parcel is returned to us.

We apologise as currently Scooter Station, a division of Engadine Cycles, does not ship outside of Australia.

Payment options

PayPal

When you order an item through this online shop, you will be directed to PayPal where you can pay with either your PayPal account or your major credit card.

Bank deposit

You can deposit your payment for goods directly into our bank account. When you confirm your order on our online shop, select 'Direct deposit' and we will email you with our bank account details and address. For bank deposits, use your name and Order Number as your payment reference and we will ship your item when the payment has cleared to our bank account.

Note: Once confirmed, items are held without payment against the purchase request for 4 days before being put back into stock if no payment is received.

Australia Post money order

We also accept Australia Post money orders - a trusted, affordable and secure way to send money within Australia. When you confirm your order on our online shop, select 'Direct deposit' and we will email you to confirm availability and total shipping cost. Simply post your money orders to Engadine Cycles & Scooters, 26 Station Street, Engadine NSW 2233.

Note: Once confirmed, items are held without payment against a purchase request for 6 days before being put back into stock if no payment is received.

Scooter Station guarantee return policy

Scooter Station, a division of Engadine Cycles, will refund or replace a purchased item if any of the following occurs:

  • The item has a manufacture fault that the customer could not have known about at the time of purchase.
  • The item does not match the description that the customer was given.

Returns

If a refund or replacement is requested:

  • You must advise Scooter Station (Engadine Cycles) within 7 days of purchase.
  • The goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
  • Goods must be in original packaging and not opened, used or damaged.
  • No refund will be given to goods that are special orders or items specially ordered in.
  • Goods will not be accepted for return because of a customers incorrect choice.
  • A restocking fee of 20% applies to all returns where the item is not faulty.
  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Engadine Cycles will not honour any order where there has been a fault or mistake in the pricing or description of an item on the website. Lay by

Layby is only available for purchases made in store and is not available for online purchases.

  • A minimum deposit of 20% is required to commence a lay by.
  • Terms are generally 3 months, but can be extended on mutual agreement.
  • Christmas lay bys can be commenced from the 1st July each year.
  • Payments can be made as often as you like, provided at least one payment is made each month.
  • A cancellation fee of 10% applies to all lay bys unless mutually agreed.
  • A lay by is forfeited if no payment is made over a 90 day period.
  • Parental approval is required to commence a lay by for persons under the age of 16.

Scooter Warranty Information

All warranties are the responsibility of the Distributor, and or, Manufacturer of the brand, and all decisions are made by them. Below is a basic summary made from the various manufacturer's warranties, but please note, these may change at any time so always check the appropriate manufacturer's website for the latest Warranty information.

Complete scooters

Complete scooters are only covered for hardware failure that have resulted directly from manufacturing faults or defective materials and workmanship. Damage due to misuse, abuse, modification, environmental damage or general wear and tear is not covered. Improper assembly, maintenance or storage will void your warranty. The following parts are not covered under warranty as they are wear components -grips, deck tape, headsets, bearings, and axles. The finish of the scooter is also not covered by warranty unless evident before use. Brakes are generally only covered for 30 days only as they are also a wear component. Grip tape, Handgrips, Bearings are consumable products and are not covered under warranty unless received in a non functioning or defective state.Scooter bearings also have no warranty.

Decks

Scooter Decks are only covered for direct faults or failures resulting from the manufacturing. Decks are not covered for any damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, and general wear and tear. Denting or damage resulting from impacts or grinding may void your warranty. Paint or deck finish is not covered under warranty. Any area that has been worn down from grinding may no longer be covered under warranty. Any breakage caused by improperly fitted items will not be warranted. Only cracks in the welds will be covered where the crack has enlarged or opened up.The brake and brake area is generally not covered under the Manufacturers warranty

Bars

Scooter Bars are only covered for direct faults or failures caused by defective materials and workmanship or defective manufacturing. Bars are not covered for any damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, environmental damage or general wear and tear. Bars are not covered for bending or breaking as a result of improper fitting parts and impacts. The paint or finish of a bar is not covered under warranty. Cutting the height or width of a bar may void the warranty.

Forks

Scooter forks are covered for direct faults or failures caused by defective materials and workmanship or defective manufacturing. Forks are not covered for any damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, impact damage or general wear and tear. Forks are not covered for bending or breaking as a result of improper fitting parts and impacts. The paint or finish of a fork is not covered under warranty.

Wheels

Scooter wheels are only covered for direct faults or failures in the manufacturing, defective materials, and workmanship. Wheels are not covered for any damage caused by misuse, abuse and impacts, modifications,improper fitting of bearings or improper installation of the wheel. The paint or finish of a wheel is not covered under warranty. Any damage on the surface of the urethane such as stress cracks or splits, flat spots, indents or general wearing of the urethane unless a direct manufacturing fault is not covered under warranty. Any wheel with more then 30% of wear is not covered under warranty.
